Horizontal Swing Check Valves
Overview
Swing Check Valves are designed and manufactured in conformance with AWWA C-508 and are for use on water lines. Under certain circumstances where it is desirable to have more positive control of the closing of the disc, the valves can be supplied with either spring & lever, or weight & lever. The valves are designed with an iron body and include either metal-to-metal or rubber-to-metal seating. Clow offers these check valves with flanged end connections, in sizes 2" - 30".
